Consultant (Business Strategy, Marketing)	Essential: Degree in any Discipline with PG Diploma in Business     Management or     Marketing Management from a Recognized/ Reputed University  /  Institution approved by  UGC with 1st Division or Equivalent CGPA. DESIRABLE: MBA    with    specialization    in    Business Management  or  Marketing  Management (Duration of not less than 2 years) including MBA  awarded by IGNOU
Senior Executive (Business Strategy, Marketing)	Essential: Degree in any Discipline with PG Diploma in Business    Management or    Marketing Management from a Recognized/ Reputed University  /  Institution approved by UGC with 1st Division or Equivalent CGPA. DESIRABLE: MBA    with    specialization    in    Business Management  or  Marketing  Management (Duration of not less than 2 years) including MBA  awarded by IGNOU
Senior Manager (Cost Accounting)	Certified  Management  Accounting  (CMA) with a minimum  of  7  years  of  relevant experience   in   any    CPSE   /    DPSU   / Government  or  large  manufacturing  or automobile companies.
Consultant (Finance & Accounts)	Chartered  Accountant or  CMA  or  MBA Finance with a minimum of  10  years of relevant experience. Retired IOFS officers having experience in Finance  &  Accounting  for  more  than  3 years can also apply.
